/1903 Colt Pocket Hammerless
The first firearm I engraved was a Colt Model 1903 Pocket Hammerless Automatic that was made in 1912. The scrollwork is influenced by the typical Colt pattern engraving of that time period and took roughly twelve hours to lay out and design. Engraving time was around twenty-five hours and included redoing the Rampant Colt logo. Lettering was engraved by Tom Fort Sr.
